so I'm venturing on week 1 of no cheese and no beer. So far its been pretty good. I notice last month that the majority of my groceries were cheese or cheese related. I thought that might be a little crazy! And I drink a lot so I decided why not see what happens with a month off from both. Hopefully better eating habits and loss of beer belly. Wish me luck!

Thank! It hasn't been so bad. It does make you venture more. I'm eating a lot more fruit then I use to and more healthy things in general. You should give it a go and let me know, I'll root for ya!
