I just relocated to L.A. for five months for work. It's been a while since I've lived in this town but there are traces of old lives lurking everywhere. Though many things seem different, just as many seem the same. It's nice to be back for the most part.

Haha, that reminded me of a funny story. When I went to go pick my classes I met with the dean of my dept. for advisement, I went in looking as conservative as possible, which is hard for me, and the guy turns out to be decked in body modifications and being a tattoo artist on the side. Im glad at first, and laugh telling him how I toned myself down out of respect for our meeting. Then sitting in his office half way threw, he tells me I look familiar but he couldn't place it, while he was looking up class codes I scanned the room with my eyes, and low and behold, a giant suicide girls sticker on his monitor. I died a little bit and found myself wishing he had just been the stuffy conservative I had first invisioned in my minds eye. Haha...
