First, the pics.
That lump is my cat. She waits until I make the bed and THEN crawls in underneath. What a snob, huh?
This was my roller rink outfit a few weeks ago.
Here's me in yet another kitchen...
This is my friend Marc, he's done a bit of Photography for SG's...I think Thursday mostly. I got to see him for the first time in 7 years! yay!
Did anyone see the National Geographic channel's piece on the gospel of Judas? I thought it was great. I was really excited to see such an honest and respectful description of the gnostics, for once. They captured the mysticism of it while still making it very clear that they were Christians.
That part with Robert H. Schuller was ridiculous...he said something like, "Who needs any other gospels? My god! I only want Matthew, Mark, Luke and John...How could you need any more to tell the story?!" That's like saying you only need 1/6 of the dictionary.
The bible gives examples throughout of Jesus' psychic abilities...he could even hear God speak to him. Why wouldn't he know about the most important event of his life, and even help plan it? Up until that point, when had Jesus ever been surprised by something? Just seems logical to me.
