So yeah...

Yesterday was fun.

In fact.. The night before even...

Instead of going to work yesterday... I decided to follow my destiny.

I rode my bicycle from Baiting Hollow all the way through to Miller Place. I was trying to check on Mapquest to see how far... I'd say about 15 miles altogether.

I made some stops on the way... For lunch I stopped at King Kullen and bought a bag of baby carrots, spinach and a bottle of Fiji water... Continued on.... And I start bartending at DEKS today!

Funny thing is... I'm dressed in flip-flops.. Shorts and a t-shirt with a bald guy smoking a pipe... Sleeves rolled up.. Riding a bicycle... And this is supposed to be an upscale place!

Goes to show that it's not about the false exterior shell that people portray while going on interviews that gets you hired...

Or the incessant bullshit of the resum screenplay...

But rather being a sincere, honest and charismatic person.

Go figure! Better job already!

Thank you, God.

And THEN... I run into Billy, Angela and (forgotten name here) at Starbucks, so we chill for a bit... Gettin' high and what not.

I don't have the cash to buy expensive midi-conversion equipment... So when I can play some of my music for people... I like to see what they think. They said they liked it, so I felt pretty good.

We blazed a bit.. Chilled a bit.

Talked about all sorts of things.

I think I've come into some really good friends...

Between Adriana, Mazz, Billy, Angela... and some other people I've been hanging out with lately.. They're all intelligent and creative people... And inately GOOD people.

Billy's gotta quit cigarettes though.. He's too smart for that.

Anyway... I've made two interesting goals.

ONE: Celibacy until marriage or a serious relationship at least.

TWO: I'm going to try to develop personal relationships with all of these people I am apparently "friends" with online.

So, I've started commenting from page one today... Anyone who doesn't get back to me ultimately will be deleted.

Also, I want to be mutually subscribed to my friend's blogs... How else would we know what's going on in each other's lives?

There's no such thing as having too many friends...

But there is such a thing as having too many indifferent people on your page.

Anyway, I'm not quite sure if I want to take a bus or ride my bike into work today...

So...

I probably shouldn't spend TOO much time online right now.
