Just got back from a show at the wandering goat. Watched my friend perform with his band Manitoba Lights (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIbDrwZghlM). Had a few beers jumped into the Mosh pit and went all out. Sick show.

Well actually, this was my 2nd time ever in a Mosh pit, the first time was at a Dead Prez show in Portland last month and it wasnt as extreme as it was tonight. I have to admit I got knocked over once ahah but it was a lot of fun. Dont be scared just jump in and fuck shit up : )
