Sometimes you wish a company would take the time to train the people that work for it the right way by spending some money on them. I been work with Cox cable to get a defected box replaced. I toke the box in today and got a new one,but now all the channels don't come up. Please just reset the info in your system of my old box 
its totally dead now tho
