"We was 'posedta git down to the carnfilled."

If you can translate that, I'll give you props.
Got back from my trip. It was way short but good to see Grandma again. She isn't well but seemed to enjoy the visit.
Oklahoma is friggin' WEIRD man. Really weird. I don't believe there is anything that could get me to live down there again. Ugh. I don't miss that place at all.
So in case you were wondering... it is good to be home.
The doc said no surgery on the knee for now. We're going to try some rehab first. Which is nice. And getting my toe fixed will only result in about a 2-week down time. We are going to wait on that until the knee thing gets settled. A few weeks of rehab and then we'll see if they need to scope it. He had no clue what exactly was going on but thinks my ligaments are all good so that is great news.
I have discovered that two things make me nervous: doctors and guys with M-16s. For whatever reason, as soon as the doc enterred the room, I broke out in a cold sweat. I have done this before. I guess I am just going to have to live with that. Then, on my trip, my dad took me to see his old Guard unit which aparently is shutting down. Having some guy standing about 5 feet from you with an M-16 at the ready is a bit disconcerting.
So that is all. Hope you enjoyed my enbarassing bodily function post!
EDIT: Oh, one more thing. Who here couldn't give a shit about the new Star Wars movie?
EDIT REDUX: Mad props to the hickinator
er!
EDIT AGAIN: There is a forest fire burning less than two miles from my house right now. Good times. Guess that plans my weekend for me.
