hooray, after tons of hassle getting in and out of my motorcycle helmet, with various different pieces of jewellery, Shirley suggested that a BCR could reduce the painfull catching of long pointy things.

Oh, my cartiledge was derma punched at 4mm, and I have stretched it myself (whoops) to 5mm
so It's the chunkiest bit of steel I got in me!

That's a serious peice of metal. My body doesn't like being peirced so i'm keeping it to a minimun for the time being.
