I want to move so bad. Me and my roommates really got fucked over by our landlord. He defaulted on his mortgage and now the house we live in has been seized. All our rent is being paid to some fucking company in Ontario and we don't even know if our leases are null and void or not, which could cause some problems considering how many people want to move out right now. And to top it all off, our old landlord still has our damage deposits and will not answer our phone calls or emails, so we may have to take him to small claims court over them. FUCK!
