One more class and a paper and then its the weekend. Its nice having a four day weekend although it makes me fairly lazy when it comes to actually doing some work on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
I have not bought any books yet, yep that's me...the student of the year.
Anyways on tap for this weekend are three big sporting events:
The Scottish Premier League Champions and the man with the longest name in world football (featured above) go up to the north of Scotland to play Aberdeen. This should also mark the debut of "The Great Dane" Thomas Gravesen in the center of the midfield. I can't wait and I'm sure Fidelius, Gnar and pascipio are pumped for this.
Then after that....
The Gophers take on #22 California in what is a very surprising choice of out of conference games by Mason who usually likes to take on powerhouses like LA Lafayette and Kent State.
and late on Sunday...
A Mirko Cro-Cop fight! The Croatian Killer takes on Wanderlei "The Axe Murderer" Silva in what is the biggest fight in a long, long time in Pride.
Other than that, I'm going out to play pool and watch NFL's opening night after class on Thursday. Then I need to pick up a new computer audio system, since mine blew up on Monday and finish setting up the home gym.
