Where am I in life?
Not entirely sure but I am sure that the summer has flew by, here I am approaching the end of August with 3 or so weeks to go until I move back to Aberdeen and another fornight on top of that until Uni starts back up and I have thrown into the fun and games of third year. Still not sure I really want to do the film studies half of my degree anymore but I suspect if I actually plan my life a little this year and put some more effort into it all all will be well. I truly am my own worst enemy.
Taking a step back though the summer has been pretty amazing with some absolutely epic weekends involved. I guess I want to move back to Aberdeen for the rest! haha. However in my last post I did say I would try and get some photos up from my birthday and here they are:
From the evening before/morning of my Birthday after a hell of a lot of alcohol. Myself, Brendan the base ninja and the mothership trying to be myspace:
A couple of pictures from my Birthday as I pretty much forgot I had my camera with me:
The beautiful Kamikaze being cuter than cute.
Kamikaze, Brendan and I.. Not entirely sure why I look half terrified half excited but I'm going to blame the moonshine cocktails.
I assure you from that point on it descended into good old fashioned chaos. Until a friend who was staying with me for the weekend fell asleep in a club resulting in being booted out before 4am and with no chance of him getting back in I had to depart my own celebrations for him. Not a happy girl about that one but these things happen.
Really spent a fortune after that so I have been taking things easy in preparation for Leeds festival this weekend which I fear for my life over. Have been catching some things on during the Edinburgh Film Festival (the only part of the Edinburgh festivals I like.. with a notable mention to the book festival). John Waters - This Filthy World. Hilarious from start to finish especially with the added treat of Q&A session from the good man himself. UK Shorts 2 and finally last night I caught Deathproof which was fantastic, perhaps a bit slow in the middle but once it got going again it was completly fantastic, I am saying no more than that just be sure to catch it whenever it comes to the cinema. Really, really anticipating Planet Terrors release as well. Zoe Bell is my new superhero.
Tick tick tick.
I think that is where I am.

I guess that makes more sense then trying to eat them like crackers, which is what I was doing.
