Some companies have the right to force their views upon those that partake of their services. Unfortunately for them, our capitalistic society leaves a lot of loopholes within contracts and Terms of Service guidelines that leave the companies wide open to class-acton lawsuits when they attempt to "steal" from customers by cancelling services "without cause."
Luckily, recorded and witnessed downloading of content, namely TOS and Service Agreements, will actually stand up in court as "Validly witnessed to be in effect" at the time of download, so that those pursuing action will not be twarted by quick attempts at modification of easily altered markup language.
