I saw some loons in the park near my house today. I don't think I have ever seen them in the city before or at this time of year.

Yeah, I'm with you. I might try some in some cooking, however, after eating one, I realize that it is too bloody hot to be flavourful in my mind. *shrug*

Loons...Hrm. Bird or large flightless humans?
