Just did my taxes by Telefile. Getting a sizeable refund, though not as attractive as last year's because I'm making more money now. But hey - at least I don't owe!
I've been spending waaay too much money of late...scrapbooking, Mary Kay (my sister's getting started as a consultant, so if anyone in town is looking to buy some...).
I also ordered a fabulously loud yellow Dickies DJ bag from YakPak - perfect for my vinyl and/or my scrapbooking shit.
They also have this internet special where they'll send you 3 random bags for $10. These are prototypes that didn't make it to final production, but if one of them turns out to be really great, it's well worth the $10 risk! I'm a big fan of Dickies/YakPak bags, and most folks on here would probably find them to their taste as well.
This year is the year of new furniture, paying down the credit cards, and a couple of trips to Canada. We definitely want to make it back to Toronto for a few days this summer, and my job will be sending me there on business in the fall.
NEXT year, I'm going to London to visit my German friend Kat. She's studying arts management at South Bank University, living 10 minutes from Big Ben, and working at Harrods. (Me. Very. Jealous! ) Having said that I'm off to write her a snail-mail letter...
...by the way, Ciel's hilarious, cheeky, and sexy set is one of the best I've seen on here in AGES! And who can resist those blue eyes!
Looking forward to Ice Skating this Saturday with my SG Columbus comrades!

I never get a refund, but I never pay anything. Its welfare.
By the way, living off the welfare state isn't all its cracked up to be, I want a job, but I have to be sure I get good benefits so I can see a shrink, its kind of a requirement.
Guess it'll have to wait. Until Bush yanks my benefits.
Later,
Tim.
