He pounds those schnitzels thin enough to read through and is not afraid of butter, leading to a most enjoyable Rich/Light combination (guilt free schnitzel?)
The mushrooms were fresh and musky in a lemony wine sauce and the breading as usual was light.
Spaetzle was equally buttery and light and the cream of vegetable soup was remarkable.
