I am a "foodie' and love to seek out the next best spot for Pho, Shnitzel, Sushi, Pad Thai.....etc.
So...

Last night I hit my fave Vietnamese place and had the rare beef pho with lemongrass , asian basil, lime, sprouts etc. but the kicker is the broth they use, totally amazing (because they leave a little beef fat in it). We also had the cold rolls with whole shrimp and coriander in chunky spicy peanut sauce.
And for lunch I will be having their shrimp salad with lemon juice, about 1&1/2 lbs for $9.00 canadian. Can't beat that value.
Wish you were here to eat it with me!
Then I'm going trailriding on me motorcycle, it's a beautiful day on the Niagara Escarpment in Ontario, Canada..
