I'm let down, though, as my procrastination has caused me to miss out on the Spoon concert tomorrow night. There were still tickets a couple of days ago so I was going to get them today. Damn, Damn, Damn. Oh well.

To be honest, I think it's some of their best work so far and I'm a huge fan. I can easily imagine 2 + 2 = 5 being played live after seeing them last year.

I know what you mean, I have the album constantly in my stereo. The only song I'm not too keen on is "We suck young blood" I dunno why. "Backdrifts" reminds me of NIN. Heh.

why thanks. I am in the middle of my yeats stage, or certainly was when I wrote it... and I really did write it in the taxi, on my way to the airport, having popped some ativan. I wrote it down on paper once I got to the airport, but formulated it in the cab.

I used to skip classes all the time in high school. But I got my teachers to write me passes for it first. So I never got in trouble.
