For those that don't know, I'm on the Hydroxy Cut Challenge. It's who can have the biggest transformation in by June for a prize of 100,000$. I am in a good position to win it due to my fitness level and fat level. So Money I started the cut. A very serious cut.
Obvious High level protein, no carb after noon and very little fat. It's strict with a calorie deficit and the food is 98% clean. I'm training heavy 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week.
In 3 days I've lost 4 lbs. I'm chalking up 1 lb to fat loss and the rest to finally finishing the full body flush of all the nastiness I've been consuming. I'm 15 weeks out from submitting the results and I must lose an average of 3-4 lbs a week to have a chance. Mind you it must all be fat. No muscle loss. I'm still lifting heavy and my numbers are steadily increasing. My big three right now are...
Bench: 265
Squat: 275
Romanian Deadlift: 315 lbs
The romanian is the true deadlift that most knowledgeable trainers now adhere to. My squat and DL are a bit behind compared to my bench but my RDL just set my baseline last week. My squat has gone up from 185 (knee issues before) in November and my bench was 225 in November. They're very good gains. BTW, the squat was 260 with Chains, which means it's harder as you go up because more chains are off the ground. the first half of the rep is probably about 170lbs and the sticking point and last half are 175 because I'm tall. I'll get video set up soon.
