I haven't participated in any of the SG blog homework assigned by @rambo & @missy yet just because I haven't been on here very often these days so I thought i'd give it a go while I have some free time on my hands. I also promised to post one teaser from my set every month until it hits MR so i'm killin' two birds with one stone here haha :)
1) I skate almost everywhere with my beautiful Sector 9 bamboo cruiser in the summer. I can't wait to get back on my board in just a few short weeks ! :D
2) I'm addicted to new plain white ankle socks. I will go out of my way to buy a new package of socks just to avoid wearing socks i've already worn a few times. You can never have enough socks right?
3) I played soccer and basketball for my whole life until I turned 14 and decided I was "too cool" to have any hobbies.
4) When I was 12 years old I played for a small Uruguayan soccer team in Toronto and a scout from the u19 female team from Uruguay came to find some girls to bring over there to train for a few years and to eventually play for the national u19 team. I was offered a spot but I turned it down because I didn't wanna leave my social life behind (stupid idea, I know).
5) I absolutely love to sing and am pretty good at it. I've always wished I could play the guitar since I LOVE writing lyrics and melodies but my hands cramp up quite easily so playing the guitar is nearly impossible for me. A good friend of mine and I will be making cover videos soon so i'll post them on here when I do :)
6) The lovely photographer @shaine was actually the first person (besides my spray tan artist haha) to see me fully nude in the light. I've always had crazy anxiety when it came to being naked in front of anyone. SG has given me a lot of confidence and I am now comfortable in my own skin for the first time since I was a child.
7) I've always had a huge internet crush on @radeo (I know , I know join the club right?) and I had a dream this november?? I think it was november.. Anyway in this dream I got her a huge gift and brought it to her doorstep and she danced around the house in her underwear and made me dinner so naturally I woke up, creepily messaged her on Tumblr about my dream and ended up actually going shopping to buy her a gift. I bought her a bunch of random novelty gifts and snuck over a Kinder Egg (they are illegal in the states, i'm basically a bad ass) and also sent over some nudes and a butt-head talking bobble head . She was quite content with the care package and I almost cried from excitement haha i'm such a loser.
8) I was once addicted to chicken for close to a year. I could not go a day without eating chicken without getting really anxious and antsy. This is not a joke. I swear to you.
9) I prefer baths over showers. I absolutely hate taking showers and only do so when I need to wash my hair. Unfortunately I don't have a tub but I do have a tap on the bottom of my shower and I kinda just sit on the ground and cup the water with my hands and sit on the drain so the water rises. It's pretty pathetic now that I try to explain it LOL.
10) I'm genuinely terrified of wearing dresses/skirts/heels. I was a little tom boy for most of my life and I just recently started dressing girlier so the thought of wearing dresses sounds appealing when I picture it in my head but when I try on a dress I immediately have to take it off. It's unfortunate because I LOVE dresses. :( So sad.
By the way, my set is out in a little over a month !!!! Hopefully you guys are just as stoked as I am. If you wanna know anything else about me ask below ! :D
