The update:

1. THE JOB
I went in for my 2nd job interview and it wasn't anything that I was thinking it to be I had fun but this is the low down...
In my first interview, the owner talked to me and explained he was looking for a person to train as a manager and eventually take over his position between a year or 2 years. He wanted someone to take over with a personality rather than a resume orgasm.
Well... he was right. The company sells very nice art that is matted and framed at wholesale pricing. I spent the entire day on my 2nd interview ghosting a manager and we walked into some 30+ businesses and tried to sell art; despite the signs for no soliciting. I hate retail and the amount of rejection in selling art office to office is very high; 9/10.
So... I came to the conclusion that I am going to rough it out at my work: suck it up Buttercup, gather references from loyal customers with their contact information and focus on getting out of debt and then leave work to start my own business.
However, the manager that trained me for the prospective job is pretty hot and I may pursue seeing her

2. THE HOUSE.

FUCK Haverhill and HELLO Hudson, NH! Our house inspection and septic tank inspection went smooth but our water testing results said that the water is not safe for human use. So, the seller is installing an osmosis-something-or-other and we are waiting for the results from the 2nd water test...
Put it this way: I will have an entire basement to myself with a spiral staircase, my OWN fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a central vacuum and a view of the woods from my porch doors/windows.
Yea, fucking TIT!

3. THE SCHOOL
Today was my first day of class and all my students are female . So, I'm in a room with 10 girls teaching lizards and snakes...
So far, my students are very nice and enthusiastic about the course. However, I already found 1 student , who happens to be named Justina, that talks out loud without raising her hand and the other girls are already getting annoyed. I will need to regulate at my next class!
