Kerry paid Bob Shrum millions of dollars to give him bad advice. For a fraction of that, I'd be willing to consult Kerry on how not to be an utter douchebag in hopeless dream to become president. Read this.

He's so deluded! Sure he could do best by apeing whatever Hillary does, since she's got a clue. But Kerry's biggest asset is that he can act tough on ational security and play populist themes without alienating his base, because his base KNOWS he doesn't mean it.
But losing to Bush is too much of a ledown to the base, Kerry realistically doesn't stand a chance in hell. Hillary has all the advantages of Kerry, and her baggage is different. But the main thing she has over Kerry is that she didn't blow the campaign to get rid of Bush. Kerry was never really loved to begin with, how does he expect Dems to back him in 2008?
