Ah, i think I'll start keeping a journal here, especially since it's largely anonymous and no one will read it.
Now that I am through with college, I think I am going to go ahead with the plan to bug out. I am going to assess the feasibility of going to Vancouver, BC for Lasik surgery, then flying to Israel. I figure 6 months of work and physical training should get me ready for the Legion. I dont know if I have enough money to finance the surgery, pay the bills, buy the tickets, and have enough to get me from Europe to Israel. Ideally I'll get out of here before winter. I dont know if I'll be able to pull it off though.
The bug out plan is no good unless I get the Lasik. Without the Lasik, I will only be able to stay out of the system for 6-12 months, at most. With Lasik, I can theoretically leave for decades.
Time is short. I have to assess my situation completely this week. This is probably the last chance I'll get....been thinking about this for three years.
