I finally received the three books of poetry I ordered. Two by Neruda, "Twenty Love Poems and a Song of Despair", and "The Book of Questions" Plus the one by Yehuda Amichai, "Poems of Jerusalem and Love Poems". Sweet. Two of the three have the orignal language on one side, the English translation on the other.
My poetry I think has improved by leaps and bounds this semester. I have been adding specifics and details to them that I think has pushed them to the next level.
I am seriously considering giving up the bus route next school year. I need to get rid of something in my life, and if I could find a job on campus that pays almost the same, it would be worth it. I woudnt have to leave the house at 6:15am. I wouldnt have to leave the college at 2pm to work. I wouldnt have to be everywhere at once, meaning mean my bike could dance every day.
