I entered a "biggest loser" contest at work. $25 to get in, weigh in every Sunday, and the contest ends in June with the winner taking the pot. I like to be around 175lbs or so (I am 6ft), but at the end of last summer up till now I have let my self go a little and I am about 190lbs. UCK. I am going to see if I can get into the high 160s by the end of the contest.

I know exactly what to do. Empty carbs are a killer for me, processed foods and that sort of shit. So today I will plan out my diet and I have a work out schedule that I just need to start. Plus I need to make sure that I am cycling to work every chance I get. It has been hard because of my schedule, but I think with warmer weather and me changing a few things around I might be able to pull it off...

My friend that put himself in the hospital is doing much better. The group is much tighter and we really have been giving him support. No I doubt if he did it himself.

Spring break has been ok, I definetly got some cleaning and laundry done so far. I will start this killer ass writing project,that was divinely inspired, tonight sometime. Still in the research stage.

I still have a book of Hernandez Cruz poetry out there somewhere on backorder.

And paper made of elephant poop (which started the idea for the writing project) should be here soon!
