I want a partner that is a strong woman. Creative. Powerful.
We stayed with my cousin this weekend, and it was an interesting experience. She hen pecks her husband, terribly. He is so miserable but would never admit it, you can see it in his body language and actions though. When I got him away from her he was great, perked right up and talked my ear off.
My cousin, she is not that intelligent, but she puts on an act that she is and throws around as many big words as she can. It is pathetic, because you can really read through people like that.
She talked her parents into living with her so her and her husband could take care of them. But essentially, they are the maid, gardener, cook, nanny, and more... She just sits on her ass like a princess. UGH.
I could not imagine living with someone like that.

seriously, most people are awful and should have never existed.
As for the strong woman... have you ever heard Jens Lekman? He has this song called "Someone to share my life with". I don't know what your musical tastes are, but he is of the Nick Drake ilk. There is nothing worse than being in a relationship based around care taking.
