FREE KIKO!
It's odd how the human mind works. I dont know why, but I remembered seeing those words spray painted everywhere here in the San Luis Valley when I was a kid. I asked my dad what it meant, and he kind of told me the story of Kiko, but as a child, I didnt see the importance.
I would see Kiko around Alamosa, always on his bike, years later, still remembering the cries to free him.
For some reason, today, he jumped into my mind, and I did a quick Google search for him, it seems he is still having trouble with the govt:
