This weekend was a lot of fun! I went to the bugjar with Monica to celebrate Eliee and Saida's birthday.
Then Saturday night I went with Monica to Sushi with 501 Blue and many others. I didn't eat any sushi because I do not like seafood. It was still fun though. We then went over to The Old Toad to have a few drinks. Then we went to Spybar for lagmy's 30th b-day party. That was a lot of fun also!
Monica and I then returned to Oswego. We ate NY Pizzeria and watched I heart Huckabees. The time we spent just doing nothing was long over due. More so for Monica than I. She works her ass off and has little or no time to do what she really wants.
But in two weeks she will have vacation time with me in LA. I can't wait!!!
Yesterday night Monica and I went to see our friends Down To Earth Approach play in Syracuse at the Furnace.We had a scare before we left for the show, Monica told me that she thought she might have left her hair straightener on as we are leaving Oswego. We were already running way late so we figured we would just call my roomate to check it. So anyways, we arrived at the show right before they were going on stage. We talked to them for a few seconds then they went and played. They put on a really good show and had really, the best sound I have heard from them. We left to go back to Oswego and when we got home her hot iron was on and it had melted a VHS tape. We were so lucky we got back before it started a fire.
That brings me up to today, Monica and I invested in a record player! I am totally psyched! I am listening to all Monica and my records.

You need to get all 3 Owen Lp's on vinyl. And I'm not just saying that because my user name is owen2005. Mike Kinsella is the man. Besides, you can order direct from polyvinyl and get the set for $21.00. Rocky Votolato is great too!!
