So. Last night i made sushi. I had always been a little intimidated by making sushi.. cuz it looks a little hard. and ive had sushi fro ma lot of places.. and some of them really suck. So I figured it must be difficult. Im vegan, so its not like i need fish either ha..
But yeah.. I made some sticky rice... then I made one avocado roll, one cucumber, tofu, asparagus roll, one avacado, cucumber roll, One tofu avacado, cucumber, asparagus roll, one cucumber, tofu, and one cucumber seitan roll with sesame and stirfry sauce. Yeah. Then i invited over nate and matt and we all (Friday and ryan included) ate the shit out of some sushi. We drank green tea.. ate edemame! Whew! And It came out really good and all the rolls were tight and not sloppy. I wish I had realized how easy they were to make before.. cuz they cost like 5$ a roll at this one place we go... and made like 6 rolls for what? 10$ Ha.. Those tricky bastards!
