This weekend was very productive. I got a lot of stuff done. I cleaned my room and the house up. I reorganized my closet. I took a bunch of winter clothes out of storage and washed them.. (8 loads of laundry.. whooo!) and put them away. I cooked a big dinner.
I saw the movie borat.. Very funny.. And although the person who plays borat is jewish.. I think his jewish jokes will be lost on some people. Its just a little uncomfortable when people are agreeing with the jokes in the hteater around you.. and you're thinking.. "you idiot! he's making fun of your ignorance"... But how much of an insult is it if they don't get it? And worse.. If it feeds the fuel of thier hate? Eeeeep. But otherwise.. hillarious movie. And It was nice because a few of my friends who might not have been getting along hung out and re-established thier friendships.
We ran errands, set up a new savings account, tried to get the computer in the house fixed.. nope. And I even baked brownies. that we kidna sad. Those are the times I miss my buddy, nate, who makes the worlds best vegan brownies. No joke. Best. And Ive eaten a lot of brownies.
James uilt me a basic website for now.. and put it online.. where the server promptly ate it and somehow corrupted the orginail file.. say goodbye to 3 hours of work. So, there will be a repeat of the building tonight.. hopefully not a repeat of the eating of the files. But I'll be stoked just to have soemthing up.. I'm so sick of tellign people "Its kinda in progress" meaning.. Its not built and never will be.
James and I went to barnes and noble the other night too.. We drank tea nad read books. totally fun. Thats how you can tell im so old.
