Ah. Still working ridiculous hours in Uni and i'm absolutely shattered! On the plus side I managed to go and watch 'The Circus of Horrors" in Southampton with SkyValley on Friday and started the outline of my backpiece yesterday.

The Circus of Horrors was great: Sortof a mix of Gymnastics Circus Freaks, GlamRock/Metal and various acts of a sexual nature. (Tho i'm sure that someone reading this will turn around and tell me that this description is terrible) It wasn't the most polished of shows but was still a good laugh. The glow in the dark (or perhaps UV) skeletons dancing to bones was quite strange!

So far, in addition to the complete centrepiece, my back now has the beginnings of 2 dragons, 2 koi, flowers and butterflies, and will have a cloud/water background and a waterfall down the centre. At the moment the dragons bodies are little more than tubes with heads and tails but the rest of the outline should be completed in a 3 hour session next Sunday, YAY! I really can't wait I promise to put some pics of the work so far up soon!

Saw the trailers to Tim Burton's upcoming Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Corpse Bride films recently. They look fantastic!

So... back to the grindstone... If I get enough work done tonight I will reward myself with some of your lovely journal entries!
