ONCE UPON A TIME.....
In the far away land of Missouri lived a young little boy named Mateo....
Mateo was cute, but his head was far too large for his tiny little body. So once he grew out of that "cute" stage, he headed straight into awkwardness.
**editors note: we shall now skip to the high school years, much like the Bible (they call them the "unimportant years"), because the years in between featured Mullets, curls (yes, curls), and awkwardness. Plus, I don't seem to have any pictures right near me. Perhaps I've burned them all...**
By this point, Mateo had starred in every play and musical in his high school experience, in and out of school (but lord, he couldn't dress. What the hell is that vest doing over that shirt...Unreal....).
From his "Oh, so cuteness" of C.S. Lewis...
To his groundbreaking work in "Into the Woods" where he uttered around five lines.
It was time for a first, cheesy headshot...
And there it is! Look at that boring but non-threating shirt! See those crossed arms? He's ready for business! So he graduated and went and got cast in a movie, even shaved his head for it!
He looked like a true Cholo...He later learned that he was supposed to be playing a Native American. Hmmm...maybe that's why the movie never was released....
Growing the hair back was not nearly as fun as cutting it off...
Yeah, see that? Painful.
But soon, Mateo's hair grew and it wonderously changed colors as he went from Missouri to New York City!
The slick...
The Red...
The "Oh, my lord was my hair actually like that once??" Hmmm...Well, it got cut, and continued to shape, from the XXX-Mas Party where it went punk-ish:
So hot, we should see that again...
And then short again, styled for the film "Guerilla."
Where will Mateo's hair go next??? Well, only time will tell...Well, time and a barber...and maybe some scissors. And a comb. Possibly some gel....And, and....
I love those pictures
Congrats!
