So, I walk into rehearsal for the show I'm choreographing last night and come to the realization that as soon as I walk into these rehearsals my mood instantly goes to shit. This show is basically one really big clusterfuck -- and I can't extract myself from it.
The director, while a very cool guy, walks into rehearsal late, lets every rehearsal segement run late, concentrate more one bits than arc, and can't let the actors say 3 lines before he has to interupt. The last part is understandle on occassion...but every rehearsal for the last 4 weeks?
The stage manager just needs to be dropped off a rather tall building. I'll leave it at that because the more I think about how she does (or is it doesn't) do her job the more and more I want to poison her soup.
Its way past time for me to get the hell out of undergraduate theatre.
