Went away to a country town for a little while there! They didn't have any phone service let alone interwebs so been a bit hard pressed to check this out! How is everyone going?! I'm back in the city now, my feet are full of stones and my hair is full of mustard. Sleeping in the back of a car CAN be fun. Even though it wasn't that time. lol....
My boy and I went to a place called yorks. Also known as the York Peninsula. Its supposed to be fun. But its less fun when your car breaks down 12 times and for all different reasons... I'm surprised we didn't kill each other, but we're both pretty hard to piss off. Mind you I will burn that fucking car!!! We ended up drunk and stoned at 7pm at a caravan park in Coobowie. That place is so weird! We woke up having no idea what time it was and the second struggle with the car ensued. We walked down to some little store that smelt like products that haven't been sold for decades and the decor was about the same.. We got chocolate milks and made the treck back to the car recounting what we had drunkenly done the night before. Most of which I forgot. We got a new alternator belt for the car (for the second time) and went to get some petrol. Then the car wouldn't start again. It was the starter motor.. We would be hard pressed doing anything if the car got turned off, so we went to get lunch and left the car running. Then we went fishing. And left the car running. Then had a nap in the back. With the car still running.. Then a drive, then a second attempt at fishing. The boy caught a 6" squid. There are no size limits and we weren't catching anything else, so we decided that was that and walked back to the car, which we left - still running - but when we arrived back at the car, someone had 'kindly' switched it off for us. -.- thanks.
So began the car wave down dance. This time it was the boys turn. He managed to get someone on the second act. Pretty impressive for a boy! After some revving and some sooking, we got the car going again and vowed not to turn it off till we got home. But we had to. to get more fuel. Other that the internal car problems there was also the problem of the fuse for the CD player not working, the horrible squeaking sound coming from the front, the broken glove box that kept hitting me in the knees and the fact that the drivers side window wouldn't fully close. Which made driving past farms and such fucking gross. Good job car.
So that was my adventure to the country. It was awful!
What have you babies been up to lately?
PS check out my new do!![](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/ph-508.604ed20cffa9.gif)
