So yeah, I have been dealing with DELL to long!
their customer service makes me so mad, I think they imploy the dumbest of the dumb from india!!! I couldn't get a straight answer even from a manager, so I asked over and over again to talk to someone who can give me the answer I was looking for. All the manager said was we sent an email to that department. I said I want to speak to someone from that department, and he said that is not how it works we put in a claim. I said this is the 3rd or 4th claim sent for this particular thing and I want to talk to them now. SAME ANSWER! Finally I raised my voice(which I never do!) and he gave me the number which he claimed he didn't have to that department. Does it really take raising your voice to get the answers from places like this?! If so that is CRAZY!
That is my rant! I want my new laptop, my free new laptop(well its an exchange)!!!
