Last night was insane. I went to this kids house for a show. Got there mad early but it was cool got to hang out and meet a ton of cool kids. Also since they lived across the street from a liquor store. Well the main reason I went there was to see this band from DC play... I wanted to see fuckin Medic! They terrorized the place. They were so good. The two other bands I saw were also fun as hell. The Symptom and Fight Amputation. The night was fun, I got drunk rockin out to some metal bands. I came out of there wreaking of beer... during fight amputation there were people spillin their beers all over the floor, people slipping and falling everywhere... God I love house shows! biggrin

i haven't been to a house show in years. i think the last one i went to was at this really nice house in the basement. sadly, holes were put in the drywall and some stuff was stolen. but the show was good.

the first snapcase show i went to was in a basement (though it was our collective space and not a house). damn, it was so packed and so close, but we had so much fun. i miss that kind of show. though the place i go see shows at in denver isn't too bad. it gets a little crowded-but that's a good thing.
i miss snapcase.
