In Seattle for a few days... looking for jobs, hanging out with Kacey... having so much photofun... I'll put up a picture of our drunken post-coital cigarette break... hehehehehe... I found out what she meansby "accidentally" getting drunk... We went to this one club/bar whatever for some guys spinning and some liveelectroniccrap... Then we bounced over to anothe bar where this hot chick was spinning old punk and new wave tracks... Kacey and I were both all swooney for her... I took pictures of her and scolded her for not having and X or Adam and the Ants in the 4 crates of records she had with her... While I was doing that, more cute girls came up to the tables and, somehow, I ended up running, yeah, actually running out to the car to get a mixed CD with the Epoxies version of Adam Ant's "Beat Me"... It was really funny because I labeled this mix of punky new wave "Booty Bass 1999" and she gave me the weirdest look when I handed it to her... I was like "Just play track 6... TRUST ME..." and snickered a bit... god I am rambling, huh? I havent gone off like this in a while... I wonder whats wrong with me? I dunno, maybe it's because I've found a really awesome chickie, been playing with cameras, maybe getting a job at a camera and equipment repair place, playing with cameras, and oh yeah playing with an old SLR using T-Max 3200 (can't push it to 6400 because the camera doesn't go that high) and Tri-X 400... Both have awesome grain and I love the lenses and shit I am using with them...

hehehe... duh... I just walked away from my entry because I got a cool idea for a combination of lensesand tuff... hehehe I am so happy to be able to geek out about photography with someone! (I just wanna say to Anais, that even though we geek out about photography... at least now I canget a word in edgewise... hehehe But, I still loves ya babe, and we'll have to do a photoday before I leave... I'll come over nice and early to motivate you and I'll even bring the riblets and veganaise!!!)

Yesterday, during out photo adventure in Laurelhurst Park, I taught Kacey how to use a manual SLR and some basic fundamentals of film photography... She's all about the digital camera and the instant gratification of a shot and having fun playing with photoshop... I, on the otherhand, enjoy the anticipation in waiting to develope my film (myself, if possible) and sit there for hours upon hours under warm comforting glow of the safe-lights and the smells of fixer and devoloper... *sigh* i want a darkroom so bad... So now that I have actually shown you guys how badmy tangents get... who actually read thru all this drivel?
