So my mom had shoulder surgery on the 13th. i stayed home with her all last week helping her out. she was in a shit load of pain and i felt so bad for her. but hopefully the surgery will fix the problem she had with it in the first place. but the amazing thing about last week was the fact that i found out i can cook pretty damn good. aside from bbqing i never really made a full meal you know. and since mom couldnt use her arm i had to make her food. i cooked breakfast and lunch and dinner. made things i never made before and they came out great. i mean honestly i can get into this cooking thing. it was fun and having the meals come out good made me want to cook more.

any body got any good dishes they would like to share so i can try to make?
