Time for a little update. Not much been going on but dealing with sick parents. Seems like I am getting to the age myself that not only am I having nagging little aches, pain and injuries but my parents getting to the age that me and my sister are having to start taking care of both parents. Mom lives just a mile or so from my house and I now have one night a week to stay with her. Now my Dad is just beginning to have problems, he lives about 40 miles away. Not hardly as handy to check on him. Stepmom is not much help either. Not really sure who should be taking care of who there. Anyway if we all live to be in our 80's and beyond we will all be in that position at some time. A good reason to live like you could die tomorrow or live for 100 years. Going to have as much fun and keep running hard as long as I can.
