I sold my Scirocco today, I've been wanting to get rid of it although it got me through some tough times. It was a sweet little car, but I only have the funds to put into one red VW at a time. This will actually let me get some snow tires for the new car.
Looks like I might be going to Atlantic City for New Year's Eve. I went last year and had a good time. This year I'm going to stay longer. But this is still up in the air. I'm looking at a decent road trip a month for the next few months. January is an annual trip to Detroit for the NAIAS and some poker. February or March will be a week long trip to Colorado to visit friends, drink beers, snowboard and drink beer.
Just got back from seeing Kong too. Its long. I would reccomend not drinking any liquids for a couple of hours before you go see it. There really isn't a good time to go in the middle either. I don't know if they could cut out too much to make it any shorter, perhaps the cheesy dinosaur chase scene.
I'll have to say that the highlight of the movie was the X-men 3 trailer in the beginning. Looks like its going to be a doozy. Lots of fighting this time out. And Beast is in it, second favorite X-men after everyone else's favorite I guess.
