Got some downtime to regroup my head. I'm glad I live somewhere quiet with no light polution at night. Feel unusually emotional of late. Lots of things going on... short on words today...

Ahah you hit the heart of thr evil! The rason they can allow access to such info is based on the concept of public record. However this clearly unconstitutional since it violates due process and the 4th amendment and possibly the 5th since you are being used as a proxy whitness against yourself even before a discovery hearing... It is clearly in violation of the const but so is income tax, warrantless wiretaps, wars without decclaration, police checkpoints, the drug war, etc etc, etc. If you can find a judge or legislator in this country who knows what a constitution is or is aware that the us has one let me know ;-)

Have a new friend in the form of a cat that follwed me back from a boring sensor sweep the other eve. She is a skinny little thang. I named her Kandahar...
