A week without my computer was like a week without crack! okay, not that bad, but I seemed to miss out on one thing after another, like booking shows or getting big contracts for sound rentals - I realise how much I've come to rely on this l'il ole G3. I'm getting a g4 this week from my organist - finally a laptop. Now i can take my music to gigs or record the bands an burn it on CD immediately. i've got alot to learn about digital recording.....

So I did sound last night for a female wrestling match - LUCHA LOCA - Normally I'm more worried about beer on my mic.s but last night there was fake blood everywhere - There's something very special about tattooed women fighting each other in mexican style masks and panties. It was a hoot! The end of the night got a little hairy when their crew rolled out one of my mic boxes with 2000 bucks worth of gear in it. i wass pissed for a minute, but I'll give'em the benefit of the doubt.
I like that these were real girls, not models with fake boobs and steroid habits. I admire the cojones they've got to go apeshit in front of a crowd while naked -Iggy Pop would be proud!
