This weekend I went around Tim's house to help him build a decking in his garden... brave of him seeing as I know nothing about building them! Haha 
Anyway I got there Saturday at 8am and we removed his old shed and patio slabs plus dug out some hefty shrub roots. Then we set to work on the decking.
At the end of the day we were both hot and sweaty. After a bath we went down to Bar Form in Enfield at 8pm and stayed till midnight chatting with his wife and friend and drinking some bizarre drinks. I had a couple of strawberry beers, some shots of something, a weird belgium beer seen below, plus a cocktail that contained leaves in it
Today we were up and working again at ten nursing saw heads! I had a bit of sun burn on the back of my legs from the day before so was slapping the sun cream on even more! Still we managed to finish it and by 430pm we were sat on it enjoying a cold beer!
Tim also showed me his pics from his safari holiday, I'm definitely going to go on one too some day, they photos were awesome.
My car gets serviced tomorrow, ready for the drive down to the coast next weekend! SGUK Camping!
Monday Update
Well I booked today off to take my car in for a service and a look at some issues so having dropped it off at the garage I popped into town and had my hair cut. I also bought a paper, found a book to read in one of the various charity shops I went into, plus bought some Converse as I only have my green dunlops really!
Walked back in the hot sun even though it was only 11am. Got a call from the garage, the service is going to be 140, front coils need replacing as one is broken at a cost of 200, hence me having to do 1mph over any road bumps for the past couple of years, the exhaust needs replacing and that is another 140. Better still the parts aren't in so I'll need another day off of work to take it back in. Looks like I won't be paying the credit card off just yet.
