well folks i had to take out my nipple rings 
i'm actually really upset about it. i gave them the good ol college try but after a year of struggle i give up. they just won't heal. i wanna cry! i think the problem was that they were slowy migrating south.

Sorry to hear that. I lost my industrial piercings. They where not healing right. ( they where pierced with an 8g ) but before I decided to take them out they got ripped out
