my nanny made it through surgery today. shes ok. now we have to find a local rehab for her to go to for the next month. getting old sucks. i spent new years eve by her bedside, trying to comfort her. shes the most amazing woman i know and seeing her lying there like that. my spirit just feels broken right now.

when this song came out, i ran out and got her the single. iits everything i feel for her and just a reminder of how much i love her. every so often when i call her, i can hear it playing in the background. that always puts a smile on my face
