im on long island helping my mom cause she had her surgery this week. shes been bitching about everything since the moment i walked in the door. shes fine.
i went to the mall yesterday to get a dress for the weddings i have to go to next weekend. i tried one on and asked the chicks that worked at the store what they thought. i forgot. im on long island. in the mall. they suggested another dress instead. it was a tight red halter top dress. i thanked them, went back into the dressing room and tried not to laugh too loudly. i bought the dress i tried on. one of the girls who "helped" me rang me up. she said "youre still going to buy this dress?"
the one benefit of being here is that i can rollerblade again. i need to find a spot in the city to do this cause i rather be outside skating than on a treadmill staring at the people walking by. only problem is, i havent skated in almost 2 years, so i was a little rusty. just incase, i wore these wrist guard things i have. i was doing really well and finally let my guard down and a piece of branch got caught in my wheels and i took a nasty spill. im glad i wore the wrist guard things otherwise im pretty sure i would be typing this with my left hand only. im only sad that the bruise wasnt bigger. i like war wounds.
did i mention i am on long island? did i mention that my brother and father are no help at all and i have to take care of those two idiots too? did i mention suicide??
