insomnia - Chronic inability to fall asleep or remain asleep for an adequate length of time.

i feel like ive gotten hit by a bus. im still so tired, but i cant sleep. i slept for about 6 hours last night so ive been up since 5 am. ive spent the past 31 hours in my bed, except when i was getting up every 20 minutes to vomit. but that ended late last night. i had this weird dream earlier when i was napping. the sad part is i dont know if it was just a thought or if i really slept and had a dream.

i no longer have a dr so i cant call in a script for ambien.

im sick of staring at the walls and my ceiling. this room smells like death. actually, it smells like armpit. im glad the sun isnt out. its nice to know that the weather matches my mood. i can feel the black circles around my eyes. i can feel the layer of whatever you call it over my entire body. my teeth hurt from grinding and i cant hear out of my right ear cause i think i have an ear infection. its days like this when death feels like the better of two options. instead, ill just try to sleep again.
