ok i got back from london safely and in one piece (just)
~ FRIDAY: got the rtsin down to london then tube to hotel in Kensington, just behind the tube station
went to see 'We Will Rock You' writen by Ben Elton & the remaining members of Queen. anyone who is a fan of Queens music needs to see this show. it is one of the best shows ever.
~ SATURDAY: i was supposed to meet a friend from Kent so she could go get some piercings, but she was a no shown and i couldnt get hold of her. which then prompted my previous journal. no one called me so after checking mail and this site out for a while on Oxford St. then went back to the hotel to charge my phone before heading up to Camden High St to see why everyone raves about it so much. it is one of the best places ive ever seen, it has everything and more i will be returning when i have cash to actually buy things
from Camden i went straight to Soho and was gonna relax in soho square for a while before i went to see if anyone was turning up for the meet i posted in sguk. i stopped in a shop and got chatting to a guy from brum and ended up in a pub to find out the fotty scores from that day and had a couple of pints with Baldrick and some of his friends/work collegues who where all wonderful people.
from there i went over to the ship where i met a very tired crackheidi and i slightly distracted cakemix who is a wonderful woman and i wish to meet her again and chat some more with her
after both of them had left i got chatting to two guys from New zeland about a range of things from sport to travel. they then left to go to a party and i got chating to an old guy called Ray who is a really friendly guy. when the ship closed i stayed for about 10 mins chatting with some of the staff and a foriegn guy, i never found where he was from though, befoer Ash kicked us both out into the street so they could clean up in peace
~ SUNDAY: went to Harrods in Knightsbridge to pass some time before we had to get the train home and see what the shop was like. this shop is one of the best stores in the world. it is huge beyond belief. i particularly fell in love with the many swet shops inside, the wine & spirit store in the basement and a member of staff working in 'Harrods World' on the 4th floor. (befoer anyone asks i didnt get her name or number is i only got to talk to her very, very briefly before i had to leave )
i will return to harrods again to speak to her somemore if she is there and to purchase some more wonderful sweets and some alcohol. my favourite item of alcohol was a vintage bottle of Coniac with the budget price tag of 3,500.00 and when i have my first 1m i will buy a botle
~ MONDAY: i had a meeting about going back to work and things are looking very good, i get tons of help, and i should be back to wok within a few weeks. i also had my second session of Hydrotherapy and after spending so much time on my feet over the weekend i was left rather stiff and tired after my session walking around a big roman bath.
i have more meetins at trhe job centre later this week with different people who are going to help me get a new job as well as some more physio and hydro sessions. i should also be (finally) gettting some more sick pay as i havent had any for 11 weeks now
take it easy people
