ive just watched the best summer storm ive seen in a couple of years 
down side is i was stuck inside watching it instead of out cycling in it (yes im an idiot that enjoys cycling in the rain)
there are 2 very good reasons for this right now as well:
1. i dont have a bike to ride right now (it was stolen shortly after i moved house
)
2. even if i did have a bike im still not fit enough to ride properly
this makes me very sad and angry 
so im off to watch some dvds with a brew

Yeah, as I said on MSN, I just wasn't in the frame of mind to have that conversation. It's all very well for him to try and get all clever with it, but as you can imagine, it's pretty hurtful towards me personally and pretty hard to have a debate when all you want to is slap them.
