Ok i just quit smoking and ive been told that im being the biggest, and everyone quotes"Fucking prick" even some customer at work called me a prick so im thinking alright im a prick for the time being, the flames will burn out soon enough, im going out drinking and im definately thinking quit tomorrow, its gonna kill me.....Ah fuckit i'll just chew gum.

so far ciggs are one thing i cant get addicted to. i smoke 1-2 each day, if i smoke too much ill either puke or get diarhea... maybe im just sensitive to nicc.

im not much of a quitter, but im all for moderation. maybe just smoke less? you can try what i do, if im not partying i have a strict "one cigg a day" rule.
its easy for me since i live in a non smoking house... there isnt much opportunity to smoke even if i leave the house i get hounded by my parents when i smell like smoke.
so i usually have my cigg at my lunch or 15 break at work.. when i reeeaaaly need it. and i smoke cloves so i am feeling reeeaaaly good when i come back from my break biggrin
