Well Amy & Angie aren't speaking to each other at the moment. Gimme a break.
I guess being sick is coloring my tolerance levels. Cause I am hard pressed to worry about their little pisser the other night.
I mean really. Amy got drunk. Screwed up by doing & saying some stupid stuff. Ok. Its over now. No one was hurt. Just a few feathers ruffled. Learn to deal with this stuff. At 18 they will see lots more of this by the time they hit 50.
What did bug me was their lack of concern for how the events affected others. Not the whole, "she said" - 'but it didn't happen that way', stress I don't need or want. People got hassled & neighbors got pissed over the noise & disturbance.
I'm too sick to be making much sence.
Thora has a very sick kitty. If you can help her out with any cash I know she would apprciate it. Isis is in for some really expensive surgery.
My X-wife had 10 house cats. The vet loved us. Or our money anyway.
Tigger, her oldest cat, had? I really forget the name of it. But the surgery was along the spine near the rear legs. One thing the vet failed to mention was the failure rate for the surgery on that type of, or positioned, tumor.
Instead of doing a biopsy first. He preformed the surgery. Then sent in a sample for testing. Malignant.
Tigger was in great amounts of pain for nothing. He was going to die within months, in pain the whole time. So my X had him put to sleep.
Didn't stop the vet from wanting the money. As much as Wendy wanted Tigger to live, she didn't want him to be in pain for 6 months before death came. "I was doing what your wife wished." I was there & I can't recall hearing her say cut my cat up so he can suffer & die later.
I am not a cat person. And no it wasn't about the money for me. I just didn't want to watch Wendy cry herself to sleep because she felt like she had tortured Tigger. Which sucked for several weeks after the event.
This is so weird. I haven't thought about this in 20 years. I must be really sick.
Have a Safe & Happy New Year everyone.

As you could see, I'm a cat person, but I guess I'm a *one cat person* and she is driving me crazy... I had to dope her a few hours ago because of the noise and now I feel terrible watching her fall... is kind of funny though, she has a wicked face right now
Have a wonderful New Year!
Jeez, what a sad story... No, the vet hasn't mentioned quality of life yet, but she still doesn't know if Isis has a tumor. We do know she has a ton of other problems, though. Siamese thing.
